Our cartridges are manufactured using precisely matched new and reconditioned components. We warrant our compatible cartridges against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the manufacture date.

In the event of defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, the cartridges must be properly packaged and returned to Volk Corporation along with the sender’s mailing address. Products that are found to be defective after inspection will be replaced at no cost. Please allow up to four weeks for product replacement. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any damage caused to cartridges due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. Volk Corporation will not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages, including profits.
