Sales Position

Volk has a sales position available for a person who possesses the unique qualities necessary to meet the qualifications of a challenging and rewarding opportunity. These are the qualities Volk is looking for.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

No experience is necessary. There are no specific education requirements. Good math and writing skills would be very helpful. You must be able to demonstrate superior communication skills. Retention of data will be important as it relates to product knowledge. You must be able to demonstrate the above qualities during the interview process.

THE PROCESS

You are requested to send or email a resume to the address provided. In addition, author a document that explains your qualities and why you should be selected over every other applicant. This document should be no longer than one page.

We will review the resumes and select from among them candidates to be interviewed. We'll select five candidates from the interviews to compete for the one open position.

There will be a training process followed by actual sales calls with a supervisor. At the end of this phase the candidate who demonstrates the best qualities and qualifications will be offered the position. During this phase of the process you will be compensated by the hour for as long as you remain a candidate.
