Reciprocating Coder Ink Cartridges

Volk has disposable ink cartridges designed specifically for use on reciprocating code printers, printing on packaging materials such as poly and metalized foil and other non-absorbent substrates. This ink is highly fade and smear resistant. Cartridges fit Bell-Mark, Kiwi, Greydon, Norwood, Control Print and Finest code-daters. Many different ink formulas are available in different colors-- for advice on the proper ink formula for your particular printing application, please contact one of our experienced customer service representatives.

All formulas are available in cartridge of your choice. When ordering, request cartridge size # and formula # together.
(Example: for a 2010 cartridge with formula 3 ink, ask for 2010-3)

3 Alcohol base dye-type ink used on all non-absorbent surfaces. Excellent adhesion to packaging films. Fast-dry with extended pad life. Used in snack-food industry. Dry time 1-2 seconds. Black, Blue
33 Alcohol base dye-type ink. Dries to a harder finish, resulting in less smearing on rollers and formers. Used in snack-food and baking industries. Dry time 1-2 seconds. Black, Blue
2855FD For use on all non-absorbent surfaces. Excellent adhesion to packaging film. Used in the meat and dairy industries. Dry time 2-3 seconds. Black, Blue, Violet
7005 For use on all non-absorbent packing films and Kwik Lock plastic tabs. Used in the meat and baking industries. Dry time 1-2 seconds. Black, Blue, Red
670 For use on glass, plastic or metal parts. Pigmented ink with excellent resistance to most solvents. Used in industrial areas. Dry time 2-3 seconds. Black, Blue, White, Yellow
